Notice of Electronic Filing Phishing Scam
The District of Idaho has received information that fake Notices of Electronic Filing (NEF) are circulating nationwide. If the recipient responds to the message, they are sent a follow-up email containing a link to access a document that leads the recipient to a malicious website.

You may pay the required filing fee which is designated under the Fees section of the Court's web page, or you may file an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (IFP); meaning without fees.
If you choose to file the application for IFP, you must also file the Statement of Trust Fund Account. You will send this form immediately to your institution's accounting office, so it can be completed and returned to you prior to your filing with the court.
