Anyone who is experiencing COVID like symptoms or who has tested positive for COVID within the last 14 days must report this to the Court Security Officers at the entrance to any courthouse. Masks are required of all visitors and must be worn at all times while in the courthouse, this includes in court. All staff are required to wear masks while in public spaces at the courthouse.

Treatment Services Solicitation

The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office in the District of Idaho contracts every three years for competitive and non-competitive bid amounts in the area of drug treatment services, urine collection, mental health services, sexual deviancy treatment, and polygraphs.  Our next open contracting cycle will begin approximately July 2021. However, there are certain circumstances under which off-year contracts bid proposals will be accepted.
