April M. Linscott

April Linscott is one of four partners at Owens, McCrea and Linscott, where she practices general civil litigation focusing on litigation in employment law, real estate, business disputes and probate.  Ms. Linscott is also a trained mediator.  She has assisted her clients in achieving results whether through alternative dispute resolution, litigation or appeal.

Ms. Linscott graduated from the University of Idaho and obtained her law degree from the Gonzaga University School of Law.  Ms. Linscott is an Advisory Member on the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce.  She is licensed to practice law since 2004 in Idaho, District of Idaho, Idaho Supreme Court, U.S. Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit.

She has participated in the Federal Court pro bono program by assisting self-represented litigants in their cases.  Ms. Linscott currently serves on the Brown Bag CLE committee of the Idaho Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and has assisted in advertising, organizing and hosting luncheon series CLEs in the First and Second Judicial Districts.

Robert A. Faucher

Bob Faucher has practiced bankruptcy and commercial law and litigation with Holland & Hart in Boise since 1992.  In addition to his role as one of the three current Ninth Circuit Lawyer Representatives for Idaho, Bob is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy section of the Idaho State Bar, the board of the St. Alphonsus Hospital Foundation, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.  He was recently named a Mountain States Super Lawyers® Top 100 Lawyer (Idaho, Utah, Wyoming and Nevada) and is ranked by Chambers and Partners as a Leading Lawyer for Business in Bankruptcy/Restructuring. Chambers also recently named Holland & Hart’s Boise bankruptcy/restructuring practice Tier 1 in Idaho. 

An Idaho native, Bob obtained his law degree from Harvard University, cum laude, and his undergraduate degree from Yale University, summa cum laude. He is the proud father of Madeleine, Sam, Ian and Paul.

DeAnne Casperson

DeAnne Casperson is a partner at Casperson Ulrich Dustin PLLC. A native of Preston, Idaho, Ms. Casperson graduated from Utah State University in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Chemistry. Ms. Casperson worked at the Idaho National Laboratory for several years before returning to school, obtaining a law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 1999 with distinction. Following her graduation, Ms. Casperson served as a law clerk for the Honorable Dean Whipple of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Ms. Casperson joined Shook, Hardy & Bacon in Kansas City, representing employers and corporate clients in litigation matters. Since returning to Idaho, Ms. Casperson has continued her practice in employment and general litigation matters. Ms. Casperson has successfully tried cases in both state and federal court and won numerous arbitrated labor disputes.

Nicole C. Hancock

Nicole Hancock is a partner and a trial attorney for Stoel Rives LLP in their Boise office.  Ms. Hancock chairs the firm’s Food and Agribusiness Initiative.  She represents corporate clients in a variety of legal issues that include contractual disputes, trade secret defense and enforcement, intellectual property enforcement and litigation, licensing disputes, and other corporate matters.  

Ms. Hancock graduated from Western Oregon University and obtained her law degree from the Willamette University College of Law in 2002 (magna cum laude).  She was named one of Idaho’s Leaders in the Law by Idaho Business Review in 2014, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business by Chambers USA in 2011-2015, Mountain States Super Lawyers in 2011-2015, Top 50 Mountain States Women Lawyers in 2015, Rising Stars by Mountain States Super Lawyers in 2010, and Idaho Business Review’s Idaho Women of the Year Award in 2008.  Ms. Hancock is licensed to practice law in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, District of Idaho and the Ninth Circuit.

In 2002 Ms. Hancock began her legal career clerking for the Honorable T.G. Nelson a resident Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals judge in Boise.  After her clerkship she joined Stoel Rives and has spent a great deal of time practicing in federal court.

Supporting the legal community through civic activities is very important to Ms. Hancock.  She was a member of the Idaho State Bar’s Fourth District Law Day Committee, served as President of the Idaho Women Lawyers from 2011 to 2014, member in the first class of the Idaho Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (IALL) in which she currently sits on the IALL advisory board, and has been a member of the Federal Bar Association for 10 years.
