The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho invites applications for the position of Full Time Term Law Clerk in Boise. It is anticipated that the position will begin work in May of 2018 and last until August of 2019. The law clerk will work under the supervision of United States Bankruptcy Judge Joseph M. Meier. Duties will include evaluation and analysis, case management, drafting memoranda, orders, and opinions, and other duties as assigned.
