CLAIM CONSTRUCTION HEARING

Subject to the convenience of the Court’s calendar, two weeks following submission of the surreply brief specified in Dist. Idaho Loc. Patent R. 4.5(d), the Court shall conduct a Claim Construction Hearing, to the extent the parties or the Court believe a hearing is necessary for construction of the claims at issue.
