EX PARTE COMMUNICATION WITH JUDGES

Unless the opposing counsel or party in pro se is present, attorneys or parties to any action or proceeding should refrain from writing letters to the judge, or otherwise communicating with the judge, concerning the action or proceeding. All matters to be called to a judge’s attention concerning any action or proceeding should be formally submitted as hereinafter provided.
