STIPULATIONS
Oral stipulations made in open court are binding on the parties. Written stipulations are binding on the parties when approved by the Court. The party filing the stipulation must submit a proposed order via e-mail in accordance with ECF Procedures.
Stipulations between the parties to commence discovery prior to making their initial disclosures do not have to be approved by the Court.
