Changes to the Federal Bankruptcy Rules and the Chapter 13 plan take effect on December 1, 2017. Kathleen McCallister is conducting two free training sessions to go over the new plan form and certain rule changes that will affect your Chapter 13 practice. The sessions are free and are open to attorneys and their staff. An application for one hour of CLE is pending with the Idaho State Bar Association for attorneys who attend.
