The Boise Clerk's Office will be relocating to 5th floor on or about August 1 to accommodate a year long construction project that will be taking place in the current 4th floor space. The project is a part of a national directive to reduce space and cut rent costs at facilities throughout the country.
The Intake Counter and public kiosks will be moving to the Jury Assembly room. Signs will be clearly posted to identify our temporary quarters.
This project will not impact the Clerk's Office public hours of 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, jurors reporting for service, or any hearings. Please be prepared for increased foot traffic in the 5th floor courtroom areas.
