The Bankruptcy Court has completed it's case reassignment process. In the event you receive an error message when processing Judge/Trustee assignment, please contact Kirsten Wilkinson at (208) 334-9464.
The case reassignments are made pursuant to General Order #327.
The Boise courtroom hearing location information in ECF has also been updated. When selecting one of the Boise bankruptcy courtrooms, you will now only see "Courtroom #4" or "Courtroom #5".
Previously, hearing information displayed the Judge's name. After March 23rd the docket text will no longer display the Judge's name.
